JFC JPMorgan China Region Fund, Inc.

JPMorgan China Region Fund, Inc. (NYSE: JFC; the “Fund”) announced today that it is declaring a year-end dividend distribution of $0.7364 per share, being $0.1178 per share of ordinary income (in addition to the Fund’s previously announced 2014 spillback of $0.2370 per share), $0.2707 per share short-term capital gains, and $0.3479 per share long-term capital gains. The payable date is January 8, 2015 to the shareholders of record on December 28, 2015. The ex date of the dividend distribution is December 23, 2015.

The Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The Fund trades under the symbol “JFC.”

The JPMorgan China Region Fund, Inc. invests primarily in equity securities of companies with substantial assets in, or revenues derived from, the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao--collectively, the China Region.
