(HSF) held on July 9, 2010 to consider the proposed merger of The Hartford Income Shares Fund, Inc. into Rivus Bond Fund (BDF), managed by Cutwater Asset Management Corp., has been adjourned in order to solicit additional votes on the proposal. The Meeting has been adjourned until 10:00AM, EDT on July 23, 2010.
