Fort Dearborn Income Securities, Inc. Reports Dividend Distribution

The Board of Directors for Fort Dearborn Income Securities, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE:FDI) today declared a quarterly dividend from net investment income of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2014. The ex-dividend date is September 11, 2014.
