Item 8.01.	Other Events.

On September 9, 2019, Darling Ingredients Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Diamond Green Diesel’s (“DGD’s”) initiation of an advanced engineering and development cost review for a new renewable diesel plant in Port Arthur, Texas. DGD is the Company’s joint venture with Valero Energy Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
