Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 9, 2019, Nesco Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
