Bedford Property Investors, Inc. (NYSE:BED) announced today the signing of a lease for 31,372 square feet of its Suntech 3 property located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The six year lease is with Fiber Sensys, LLC, a Compudyne Company involved in the manufacturing of high performance fiber-optic intrusion detection systems. The lease is expected to commence early in the fourth quarter of 2005. "This is the first lease that we have signed for the 83,244 square foot Suntech 3 building that we bought as a vacant building last year," said Peter B. Bedford, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. "The property is now 38% leased."
