NEW YORK, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- National Penn Bancshares Inc.
(NASD: NPBC) will replace Bradley Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE:BDY)
in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday,
February 21, 2008. BDY is being acquired in a deal expected to
close on or about that date, pending final approvals. Standard
