Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each Apollo Operating Group unit represents a right to receive one share of Class A common stock ("Class A share") of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the "Issuer"), subject to the restrictions and provisions set forth in the Seventh Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement, dated July 29, 2020, by and among the Issuer, the reporting person and the other parties thereto (the "Exchange Agreement").
(2)	On December 27, 2021, the reporting person distributed 58,100 Apollo Operating Group units to two of its limited partners.
(3)	The Apollo Operating Group units do not expire.
