Steel (NYSE: AKS) has increased current spot market base prices for
all carbon flat-rolled steel products by a minimum of $25 per ton. Effective immediately, the company
will now be quoting the following minimum base prices for new
orders:
Minimum Base Prices for New Orders
- Hot Rolled: $675 per
ton
- Cold Rolled: $775 per
ton
- Hot Dipped Galvanized: $795
per ton
