Announces 5.02 Percent Increase in First Quarter Dividend WOOSTER, Ohio, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Wayne Bancorp, Inc. , parent holding company of Wayne County National Bank (WCNB), Savings Bank & Trust (SBT), Access Financial Corp. (AFC) and MidOhio Data, Inc. (MID), announced today the declaration of a first quarter dividend of $.18 per share, payable March 26 to shareholders of record March 5. "The first quarter dividend of $.18 represents an increase of 5.02 percent per share, as adjusted for stock dividends, compared to the same period one year ago," said David P.
