Currently nine of the 15 markets that we track are positive with the cumulative average return standing at a plus 0.062 percent. German business sentiment picked up in April following two months of declines. The Ifo business sentiment index rose to 96.3 in April from 95.4 in March, besting economists' forecasts of 95.4 and the long-term average of around 95.0. According to Ifo officials, the latest survey results point to a continued, albeit moderate, economic recovery, but it is still too early to speak of a solid upturn. Only one piece of economic data today, at 10:00 a.m., March New Home Sales are expected to have ticked lower by 0.8 percent coming off of February's healthy 5.8 percent advance. Sharing the 10:00 a.m. spotlight, Federal Reserve Governor Olson speaks on the redesigned U.S. $50 note in Fort Worth, Texas. At 11:00 a.m., Fed Governor Bies speaks on corporate governance at a banking conference in Las Vegas. And finally at 11:10 a.m., Chicago Fed President Moskow speaks on the euro in Chicago. First, it will buy Inland Fabricators -- a company engaged in large-scale pipe fabrication for the government and private sector. Inland has about $5 million in revenue and will provide Spectrum with revenues and pro-forma earnings. Spectrum recently announced that it's begun work on AMRAMM missile containers for the government -- a contract worth $3.7 million.
