Most recently Clarke was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Visual Networks, Inc., (NASDAQ:VNWK) a provider of application and network management solutions. Prior to that, he served as the CFO at eCommerce Industries, Inc., ReturnBuy, Inc. and Net2000 Communications, Inc.
