On December 18, 2023, the Board of Directors of United Security
Bancshares (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: UBFO), the parent company of
United Security Bank (the “Bank”), declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company’s common stock. The
dividend is payable on January 19, 2024, to shareholders of record
as of January 3, 2024.
