LA GRANGE, Texas, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Texas United Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:TXUI), a community banking organization located in central and south central Texas and in areas north and south of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 3, 2005 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2005.
