Leading Menu Selling Solution Now Helps Dealers Comply with
California Car Buyer's Bill of Rights LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., June 9

announced that it has enhanced the functionality of its eMenu
product to help dealers in California comply with certain
provisions of that state's new Car Buyer's Bill of Rights law,
which takes effect on July 1, 2006. Among other things, the
legislation requires that California dealers separately disclose to
consumers a detailed description and price for every aftermarket
product that falls into certain defined product categories. The
current version of DealerTrack eMenu(TM) now includes a free
enhancement for California dealers that automatically generates and
prints a separate disclosure document containing the required
information when they print a Final Menu. "This California
legislation, with its very specific requirements, underscores how
important it is for dealers to keep their F&I departments up to
date with all the latest federal and state regulations," said David
