On June 8, 2009, Sonic Innovations, Inc. announced that it will change its name to Otix Global, Inc. and its trading symbol to OTIX effective June 15, 2009. A copy of the press release announcing the changes is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference. Pursuant to General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, this exhibit is not “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act as amended, but is instead “furnished” as required by that instruction.
