Summit Bancshares Declares Cash Dividend FORT WORTH, Texas, April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Summit Bancshares, Inc. , today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.14 per share of common stock. Annualized, this represents a dividend payout of $.56 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 14, 2004 to shareholders of record on May 3, 2004.
