On December 10, 2020, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston
Division entered an order approving and confirming the Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization, as modified on December 8, 2020 (the “Plan”) of SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of the
Company’s wholly-owned direct and indirect subsidiaries under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code. The Plan became effective on December 18, 2020.

In connection with the effectiveness of the Plan, among other things, all previously issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value
$0.0001 per share, of the Company were extinguished.
