Item 8.01 Other Information.
On September 28, 2022, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the
“Company”) announced that the Company will begin submitting Medicare cases following the September 26, 2022 announcement by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that Medicare Administrative Contractors have discretion to cover and
reimburse for the ReWalk exoskeleton. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
