Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 22, 2023, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s user-based co-creation “Mission Farad” which unites developers, creators, users, and investors to achieve value co-creation and co-sharing. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

In addition, on May 22, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the countdown to its Faraday Future 2.0 event, set to occur on May 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
