Proxim Provides Announcement Regarding Auditor Opinion SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Proxim Corporation (NASDAQ:PROX), a leader in wireless networking equipment for Wi-Fi and broadband wireless networks, provided today an announcement that its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004, issued on March 15, 2005 and filed on March 16, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K, contained a going concern qualification from its independent registered public accounting firm.
