PennRock Declares Cash Dividend for First Quarter of 2005 BLUE BALL, Pa., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of PennRock Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ:PRFS), parent company of Blue Ball National Bank, PennRock Financial Advisors, N.A., and PennRock Insurance Group, Inc., declared a cash dividend on March 8, 2005 of $.22 per share. The dividend applies to all shareholders of record as of March 22, 2005 and is payable on April 5, 2005. Shareholders will receive $.22 for each share of PennRock stock owned as of the record date.
