NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 9,656,070.

The patent covers the novel application of real-time accelerometer measurements to control transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. This core technology enables several advanced Quell® features, including automatic adjustment of stimulation while the user is sleeping.
