Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 8, 2009, Hansen Medical, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary revenue results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
