Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 28, 2021, Dr. Stephen K. Klasko informed the Board of Directors of Health Assurance Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), of his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
