The Board of Directors of Frontier Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:FTBK), have declared a $.18 per share third quarter cash dividend to shareowners of record as of July 10, 2006, and payable July 24, 2006. "This represents a 12.5% increase over the third quarter of 2005. This is the twenty-seventh consecutive quarter in which the cash dividend has increased. Frontier paid a cash dividend of $.175 per share in the 2nd quarter of 2006," said John Dickson, President and CEO.
