FFLC Bancorp, Inc., Announces Attendance at Investor Conference in
New York City LEESBURG, Fla., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FFLC
Bancorp, Inc. , the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank
of Lake County, today announced that it will participate in the
2004 America's Community Bankers Community Bank Investor Conference
in New York on May 10 through May 11, 2004. The Conference will
feature presentations from over 20 community banks which comprise
the America's Community Bankers Nasdaq Stock Index, and will be web
cast on the ACB website, http://www.acbankers.org/ . Stephen T.
Kurtz, FFLC's President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled
to make the Company's financial presentation on May 11, 2004 at
8:10 am. Paul K. Mueller, FFLC's Executive Vice President and Chief

Bank's Senior Vice Presidents, will also attend the Conference to
