On February 19, 2021, Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on March 26, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
