On March 21, 2013, Dialogic Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the three months and year end ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
