On November 8, 2007, Delta Financial Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007 and the November 2007 restructuring charge.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
