On May 10, 2023, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 and a dividend of $0.41 per share payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2023. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
