Cazador Receives Compliance Letter From Nasdaq

Cazador Acquisition Corporation Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAZA)(NASDAQ: CAZAU)(NASDAQ: CAZAW), a blank check company, today announced that it received a letter from the Nasdaq stock market on January 5, 2012 notifying Cazador that it had not filed a Form 6-K for the period ended June 30, 2011 disclosing its financial results for such period as required by Nasdaq Rule 5250(c)(2). As a result, Cazador has 60 days to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance with Nasdaq rules. Cazador will file the referenced Form 6-K with the requisite financials statements shortly.
