Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On February 21, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted 10,361 Restricted Stock Units of which 5,181 shares are vested and the remaining 5,180 vest in two equal annual installments beginning on February 21, 2021.
(2)	Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's Class A Common Stock.
(3)	On January 2, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted 6,776 Restricted Stock Units of which 3,388 shares are vested and the remaining 3,388 shares vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 2, 2021.
(4)	On October 8, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted 1,247 Restricted Stock Units which vest in four equal annual installments beginning on October 8, 2020.
(5)	On January 2, 2020, the Reporting Person was granted 5,931 Restricted Stock Units, 2,966 of which vest in four equal quarterly installments beginning March 31, 2020, and the remainder of which vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 2, 2022.
