supplier, announces its unaudited financial results for the second
quarter and half year ended 30 June 2009.

    market share

  - Seventeen processor licenses signed, growing total base of licenses
    to 617

  - ARM achieves an average of two ARM® technology-based chips per
    mobile handset

  - Interim dividend up 10% year-on-year
