AIRV Air Via (MM)

Ericsson (ERIC) and Airvana Network Solutions Inc. have agreed in principle to settle a lawsuit over trade secrets, Bloomberg News reported, citing a court filing.

In the 2012 suit, Airvana alleged that Ericsson helped create "knock-off" products.

Ericsson said in the filing that the resolution is "complicated" and said details are still being negotiated, Bloomberg reported.
