Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This Form 4 reflects the surrender to the Issuer of 3,668,749 Class B ordinary shares (the "Class B Shares") and 501,300 Class A ordinary shares for no consideration by the Reporting Person pursuant to a Share Surrender Letter, dated March 1, 2023, by and between the Issuer and the Reporting Person.
(2)	The Reporting Person is the record holder of the shares reported herein. Fan Yu and Andrew Chee On Pang are the managers of the Reporting Person and together have voting and investment discretion with respect to the ordinary shares held of record by the Reporting Person. Mr. Yu has sole discretion with respect to the appointment and replacement of managers.
(3)	The Class B Shares would have automatically converted into Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer at the time of the Issuer's initial business combination, or earlier at the option of the holder, on a one-for-one basis, with no expiration date.
