US Dollar Slides To 2-week Low Versus Polish Zloty

During New York trading on Tuesday, the US dollar plunged
against the Polish zloty. After trading sideways in early morning
deals, the greenback edged down to a 2-week low of 2.7751 versus
the zloty by about 10:25 am ET. The pair that closed yesterday's
New York session at 2.8026, is now trading near 2.7893.
Tuesday, Poland's central bank said in a report that the current
account deficit stood at EUR 57 million in September, down from EUR
124 million surplus in August, revised from a deficit of EUR 69
million reported initially.
The capital account surplus amounted to EUR 81 million in
September, up from EUR 68 million in the previous month, revised
from EUR 75 million estimated earlier.
