RELX PLC (RELX) said Monday that it has acquired ID Analytics from Nasdaq-listed NortonLifeLock Inc. (NLOK) for $375 million.

The Anglo-Dutch professional-information and events group said the business will become part of its LexisNexis Risk Solutions, which is part of its risk and business analytics business--the company's fastest-growing division.

RELX said its strategy is to grow organically, but that it supplements the growth with selective acquisitions of targeted data sets and analytics, as well as assets in high-growth markets.
