TRAFFICMASTER SIGNS DEAL WITH PEUGEOT

PEUGEOT LAUNCHES TRAFFICMASTER'S SMARTNAV AS AN APPROVED ACCESSORY ACROSS ALL
MODELS IN UK

Trafficmaster plc announces that it has signed a deal with Peugeot Motor Company
Plc through which Peugeot will offer Smartnav, Trafficmaster's dynamic
navigation system, as an approved accessory across its entire UK model range.
From this week, Peugeot will make Smartnav available to Peugeot drivers through
the company's 350 dealerships in the UK.

Since launch last year, Smartnav has quickly established a unique position in
the satellite navigation marketplace. Smartnav is one of the most advanced
navigation systems available - using Trafficmaster's unique live and predictive
traffic data to enable the motorist to avoid traffic delays. Smartnav combines
intelligent navigation with a number of additional motoring services, such as an
emergency and breakdown feature and a new Safe Speed* option, it is therefore
anticipated that it will appeal to a broad range of Peugeot's customers.

By combining these unique features at less than one half the price of
conventional navigation systems, Smartnav delivers the benefits of satellite
navigation to many more car buyers. Peugeot last year had the third largest
share of the UK car market selling over 200,000 cars.

Peter Williams, Peugeot's Parts & Service Commercial Director comments:

"Demand for satellite navigation has increased significantly over the last 12
months. We believe Smartnav's unique features and high quality traffic content
differentiates it from the competition and provides a comprehensive and
affordable solution for our customers."

David Martell, Chief Executive, Trafficmaster Plc adds:

"This deal with Peugeot represents a significant development for Smartnav and
demonstrates there is a growing demand from motorists for in-car navigation and
driver information services - we look forward to a long and successful business
relationship."

NOTES TO EDITORS:

Smartnav represents a major advance in satellite navigation, combining mobile
telephony technology developed by Trafficmaster and Motorola, personal assistant
support and traffic information taken from Trafficmaster's established network
of sensors and cameras that cover over 8,000 miles of the UK's main roads.

*Smartnav has recently launched Safe Speed, an optional subscription service
that alerts drivers when they approach zones monitored by fixed, variable and
multi (also known as specs) safety cameras. This option has been designed to
protect driving licenses and encourage safer driving.
