Chairman Mark Stone Assumes Additional Responsibilities as CEO
MUNICH, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Stone, Chairman of the Board
at Siemens Enterprise Communications since the foundation of the
SEN Group on October 1, 2008, has assumed the additional
responsibility of CEO. He is President of Operations at The Gores
Group, Siemens Enterprise Communications' majority shareholder.
Mark Stone has responsibility for Gores' worldwide operations, as
well as oversight of all Gores portfolio companies and its
