SAES Getters S.p.A: Notice is hereby given that today the draft of the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2012, accompanied by the Reports of the Board of Directors, of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Independent Auditors, have been published in Italian language on the Company's website, at the following address: www.saesgetters.com/it/investor/reportaccount/annual-reports. English translations will be available under the terms and in the manner provided by law at the following address: www.saesgetters.com/investor/report-account/annual-reports. At the same address (www.saesgetters.com/investor/report-account/annual-reports) also the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership and the Report on Remuneration for the fiscal year 2012 are available, both in Italian and in English language.
