SECURES PLANNING CONSENT FOR
ADDITIONAL SPRING GARDENS DEVELOPMENT
CLS is pleased to announce that it has been granted detailed planning permission
and conservation area consent for a mixed use scheme totalling 7,446 sq m
(80,143 sq ft) net internal area, at Tinworth Street, London SE11, immediately
adjacent to its 15,144 sq m (163,000 sq ft) Spring Gardens development which is
fully let to the UK Government.
The central focal point of the scheme is a striking self contained building
providing 6,412 sq m (69,030 sq ft) of fully specified offices. Other properties
provide 159 sq m (1,700 sq ft) of retail, 373 sq m (4,013 sq ft) of restaurant
space and six residential apartments totalling 502 sq m (5,400 sq ft).
