Board Changes

Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Jones and Laura Yates to the Board of the Company.

Nick Jones has been appointed Property Director, responsible for all aspects of Ace's property portfolio. Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years commercial property experience both nationally and internationally and has been with the Company since January 2022.

Laura Yates, who has been with the Company since April 2022, has been appointed Finance Director and Company Secretary responsible for the finance and administration functions of the Company. Laura is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 10 years' experience in various senior finance roles within the real estate sector.

Ivan Minter, currently CFO of the company will remain on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director. Ivan will also become a member of the remuneration committee.

Dr Anthony Ghorayeb, Chairman of Ace, commented:

Nick Jones and Laura Yates each hold 9,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
