Issue of Ordinary Shares

Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces that the company has issued a total of 58,100 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Ordinary Shares").

28,500 Ordinary Shares have been issued at a price of 52.5p to employees and 12,000 Ordinary Shares have been issued at a price of 57.5p to Keith Pankhurst, Non-Executive Director. The Ordinary Shares have been issued to the employees and Keith Pankhurst, respectively, in lieu of reimbursement for expenses incurred in the course of their respective employments.

Additionally, 7,600 Ordinary Shares have been issued at a price of 52.5p and 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60p in settlement of professional fees.

Application will be made for the listing of the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market ("Admission"). Dealings are expected to commence on or about 9 May 2023 and the issue is subject only to Admission.

Following these allotments, the total number of issued Ordinary Shares in the Company is 71,226,962.

The above figure of 71,226,962 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
