that Erudite Limited, a company 100% owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired
500,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this acquisition Erudite Limited has a total holding of 7,680,000
Ordinary Shares representing 10.6% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
