(AMEX:UMH) reported net income of $6,136,000 or $0.72 a share for the nine months ended September 30, 2004, as compared to net income of $6,084,000 or $0.78 a share for the nine months ended September 30, 2003. The third quarter results are not indicative of management's anticipated results for the quarter ending December 31, 2004.
