(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding, Inc. TARGETS Trust
XXV With Respect to the Common Stock of Motorola, Inc. Priced at
$10 with an initial offer size 2.65 million shares, this equity
trades under the ticker symbol TGM and has a maturation date of
August 15, 2006. The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding, Inc.
