REM - REPORT 3`RD QUARTER 2016

Rem Offshore ASA recorded operating revenue of NOK 189.6 million in the third quarter of 2016 (2015: 313.6 million). EBITDA for the period came to NOK 48 million (162.2), and net earnings of NOK - 248,8 million (- 19.1 ).

The first nine months of 2016 brought operating revenue of NOK 647 million (921.4), EBITDA of NOK 64.8 million (477.9), and net earnings of NOK - 1 359.1 million (51).
