Rem Offshore ASA - General meeting postponed; ex-date cancelled

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 27 June 2016, 30 June 2016 and 18 July 2016 by Rem Offshore ASA (the "Company"). The Company confirms that the extraordinary general meeting has been postponed until a later date to be determined.

Consequently, no share issue has been resolved. The ex-date and record date as disclosed on 30 June 2016 are no longer applicable.
