    Result of EGM and Further re Acquisition of Honeygrove Holdings Limited

At the Company's EGM held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were passed.

The Company has received a number of conditional financing proposals to
facilitate the acquisition of Honeygrove Holdings Limited which it is in the
course of considering. A further announcement regarding the acquisition will be
made by no later than 8.00 a.m. on Monday 2 June 2003.
